Aiden’s love affair with timber and carpentry began during his high school years. He achieved straight “A” grades in woodwork throughout his time in school. After classes, he would eagerly head to his grandfather’s workshop, where they would work together on woodworking projects, nurturing his passion for the craft.

Building upon his early experiences, Aiden went on to pursue a carpentry apprenticeship with his uncles’ building companies. This hands-on training allowed him to further refine his skills and gain valuable expertise in the building industry.

With over 20 years of experience as a qualified carpenter/joiner, Aiden has made significant contributions to the building industry. For the past 10 years, he has focused specifically on the flooring sector, becoming well-versed in the intricacies of timber flooring.

Aiden’s family background has played a significant role in shaping his career path. His grandfather, a builder/clerk of works for an impressive 60 years, has been a guiding influence and a source of inspiration throughout Aiden’s journey. The family’s deep-rooted involvement in the building industry has further fueled his passion for all things related to timber.
